Cardio exercise is an important part of maintaining good health. In fact, the American Heart Association states about 250,000 deaths each year in the United States are directly attributed to lack of exercise. Maintaining a healthy heart by following a daily cardio routine is the best way to not become part of this statistic. Be creative with exercise; you can get your daily cardio without jogging 30 to 60 minutes a day. There are plenty of other effective cardio workouts out there.
